At the beginning of 2004, Scarlet Projects also started a programme of short films and animations for the large video wall in Bloomberg's entrance and reception. Run in a similar way to the installations project, graphics, film and animation students are briefed by Scarlet Projects to create up to 20 one minute pieces that run for a period of two months. The films aim to make an immediate impact on visitors and staff entering the building, and also act to entertain, amuse and form a dynamic backdrop of visual wallpaper for the café/lobby area.

Colleges involved include Buckinghamshire Chilterns University, Brighton University, Kingston University, Ravensbourne College, Central St. Martins and Camberwell.
