| Over a period of 8 years Scarlet Projects has delivered some of the most ground-breaking cultural strategies and events – both in London and abroad – and has enjoyed working with a variety of clients, cultural partners and designers. However, it is time for us to move on. Sarah Gaventa is now Director of CABE Space. Appointed in July 2007, she is responsible for programming Somerset House’s new temporary exhibitions gallery. Claire will continue to work as an independent curator and consultant, and to work on selected Scarlet Projects events, including The Village Fete at the V&A and the Super Design Market at the London Design Festival. Scarlet Projects will continue to exist, but its remit and activities will be greatly reduced.
